1. General Provisions
   1.1. These General Conditions apply to all services provided by Insight Work, a platform for services, coaching, and self-development. This includes services such as breathwork, cold-exposure, kinetics, one-on-one coaching, team building, and corporate programs.
   1.2. By using the services of Insight Work, the client agrees to be bound by these General Conditions.
   1.3. Insight Work reserves the right to amend these General Conditions. Any modifications will be communicated via the company website or direct communication.
2. Services
   2.1. Insight Work provides various services, including but not limited to:

Breathwork sessions
Cold-exposure training
Kinetic exercises
One-on-one coaching sessions
Team-building activities
Corporate training programs
2.2. Services are customized to the needs of individual clients or groups and will be provided after an intake session or consultation.
2.3. Insight Work reserves the right to modify or cancel any scheduled sessions or services at its discretion. Clients will be informed in advance of such changes.

3. Pricing and Payment
   3.1. Prices for services are listed on the Insight Work website or will be provided in a quotation upon request.
   3.2. All prices are exclusive of VAT (NL BTW), unless otherwise stated.
   3.3. Payments must be made in full before the start of a session, unless otherwise agreed upon.
   3.4. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
   3.5. In the event of late payment, Insight Work reserves the right to charge statutory interest and any legal costs incurred to recover the outstanding amount.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
   4.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule their sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any costs.
   4.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
   4.3. Insight Work reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session or service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Liability
   5.1. Insight Work is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during its sessions or services, unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
   5.2. Clients participate in all sessions and activities at their own risk and are responsible for informing Insight Work of any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
   5.3. Insight Work’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
6. Confidentiality
   6.1. Insight Work respects the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any personal data to third parties without the client’s consent, unless required by law.
7. Governing Law
   7.1. These General Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
   7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these General Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in Tilburg, The Netherlands.
